Complaints Procedure

At Hexham First School we value working in partnership with all members of the school community.

We welcome open communication between staff and parents and we aim to assist with all concerns or queries.

Please speak to your child’s class teacher of you are concerned about anything at all. Additional members of staff may then work with you to try first and foremost to resolve the issue.

The Headteacher and Governors will respond to any issues that you may have. If you wish to make an official complaint about any aspect of school please follow the guidelines set out in the Complaints Procedure document available on this page.
